Aquarium & Marine Centre Discover the wealth of species that inhabit both the Gulf of Saint
Lawrence and New Brunswick's lakes and rivers. Over the years,
the facility has taken on other functions as well, involving
education, culture, and research. It was also designated the
Regional Aquaculture Centre for New Brunswick's east coast in
1989. Open every day from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00. Located in
Shippagan in northeastern New Brunswick (take Route 113 off

Magnetic Hill Zoo The Magnetic Hill Zoo is both entertaining and educational. Learn about the 500 plus animals here, including the Siberian tigers, monkeys, arctic wolves, llamas, camels and goats. Grand Manan Whale and Seabird Research Station is a research and educational centre that promotes conservation and preservation of marine life. They specialize in Harbour Porpoise and Right Whale research. The centre is located across from the White House Ferry. There is a gift shop on site that sells a variety of souvenirs and keepsakes.
