Old Number 2 Engine House Museum This unique museum tells the tragic story of the Great Fire of Saint John that burnt a sizable portion of downtown in 1877. Situated in what was once the city's number two engine house, the museum is home to a collection of firefighting tools from the 19th and 20th century, as well as a large collection of photographs, relics, and information regarding the rebuilding of the city after 1877.
