The Sackville Waterfowl Park is a 22 hectare (55 acre) wetland park with over 160 bird species and over 200 plant species confirmed. There are numerous walking trails and boardwalks throughout the park. Guided walking tours are available.
This downtown park is a major venue for many of Sackville's cultural and community celebrations. It features a central bandstand, green spaces and picnic areas.
This 33 km trail links Sackville to the village of Port Elgin following the route of the Trans Canada/New Brunswick Trail. A variety of plants and wildlife such as moose, deer and fox can be observed from the trail. The trail begins behind Tantramar Regional High School. Visitors can park their cars in the school parking lot.
