The New Brunswick Internment Camp Heritage Museum holds a number of artifacts from the original Internment Camp which was located in Ripples, NB. There is a scale-model of the original camp, which was the only refugee and prisoner of war camp in Eastern Canada. The museum is open daily from June to August.
The Minto Museum and Information Centre is located on Main Street in a renovated, and once active, train station. The museum houses antiques and railway and coal-mining memorabilia from days past. There is a renovated caboose on site available for tours. The museum is open daily from June to September.
