The Hotel Paulin dining room has been in operation since its construction in 1891 making it one of the oldest and most established restaurants in northern New Brunswick. The menu features seafood, daily specials and a range of regional dishes prepared with a creative and modern flair by Karen Mersereau, co-owner of Hotel Paulin. The licensed dining room seats 40 guests and reservations are recommended.
